Our Team

Veronika, affectionately known as "Vee," was born in Hungary and moved to the United States in 1989. With a passion for both art and patient care, she found the perfect career in dentistry, where she combines creativity, precision, and compassion. She earned her Dental Technology degree from the College for Dental Technology and Facial Prosthetics in Budapest, Hungary, specializing in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and dentures. She later obtained her Dental Assistant certification from the University of Illinois, expanding her clinical skills and ability to provide exceptional patient care.

Vee moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and has proudly served the community ever since. Her unique background as both a dental technician and dental assistant allows her to appreciate every step involved in creating healthy, beautiful smiles. She is known for her attention to detail, gentle chairside manner, and dedication to making every patient feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.

Outside of work, Vee enjoys expressing her creativity through art, spending time outdoors, and making meaningful memories with family and friends. We are grateful to have Vee as part of our work family, where she continues to share her passion, expertise, and compassion while helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Liz has been a dental assistant since 2018 and truly enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for during every visit. She understands that going to the dentist can be intimidating, so she strives to create a welcoming, positive experience where every patient feels at ease from the moment they arrive. Her gentle approach, attention to detail, and compassionate nature help to build trust and confidence with every smile she helps create.

Although she's the youngest member of the Summit Dental team, Liz carries herself with remarkable maturity, professionalism, and dedication. She is always eager to learn, takes pride in her work, and approaches each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever she's needed. Her reliability, strong work ethic, and calm demeanor make her an invaluable part of our dental family.

Outside of the office, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, and making lasting memories with the people she loves. Her fun-loving personality, kind heart, and genuine care for others shine through in everything she does.

Rachael was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Western High School. She then attended the CSN Dental Hygiene Program and graduated in 2011. Along with her passion for dental hygiene, she has a love for health and wellness and if you wake up early enough, you might see her running around Las Vegas. She is married and has a beautiful daughter named Emma!

Vanessa moved from California to Las Vegas in 1999 and has proudly called Las Vegas home ever since. She enjoys creating meaningful memories with her family and cherishes the time spent with the people she loves most. She values the friendships she has built throughout the years and believes that genuine connections make life even more special.

Known for her big heart and playful personality, Vanessa is a natural jokester who brings smiles, laughter, and fun wherever she goes. Her kindness, compassion, and positive energy make her someone who is always willing to help and brighten someone’s day.

At Summit Dental, Vanessa is more than just a team member, she is an important part of our dental family. She brings warmth, joy, and a welcoming presence to the office, helping create an environment where patients and coworkers feel comfortable and cared for. Ciara was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2006, bringing with her a strong foundation of compassion, resilience, and dedication to care. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and is a California Licensed Practical Nurse. She has over 20 years of experience in the dental field, where she has built a fulfilling career and truly thrives in supporting both patients and her team.

She is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters who are the center of her world. Outside of work, she values every moment spent with them—creating memories, building traditions, and simply being present in their lives.

Ciara is a natural giver with a big heart. She believes in putting family first, showing up for the people she loves, and being a steady source of support for those around her. She deeply values genuine friendships, kindness, and meaningful connections, and she is known for her warm, beautiful soul and compassionate nature.
